Chick is a 16 year old quarter horse is 14.2 she can be a real brat at time but I have only fallen off her twice, both times jumping

Ahh! Can you post a picture of her? I love horses. How long have you had her?
I know what you mean by bratty horses. I've been on trail rides a few times (pretty boring, just to let y'all know), and somehow I always ended up with a stubborn one. One time my horse kept backing up, but when we started, I had to hold him back because he just had to be in front. But he was sweet, so that (and his looks) made up for it.
